HomeWelcome New Neighbors

Welcome new neighbor to our little hamlet in the Cascades. Led by a group of your neighbors, the Tillman Creek Homeowners Association (HOA) aims to act as a resource. Now that you have purchased your home, or land, there are a few things that you should know.

  1. We have a member section of the Tillman Creek HOA website, contact HOA Secretary "Tito" Del Valle at titodv@tillmancreek.org to receive your Membership. He will need your email, phone, lot and parcel number to get your membership started. You will then receive an email with user name and temporary password to change from our website administrator Club Express.  Please update your profile with further information.

Key items of interest that are listed in the member section of the website:
    1. A neighbor/Member Directory
    2. A plat map of the neighborhood
    3. By-laws and CC&Rs for the Association
    4. A property development section, featuring a contractor’s checklist that should be completed and returned to the Architectural Control Committee Chairperson, Susan Stasik, susan@windermere.com.
    5. An event calendar that features upcoming meetings and gatherings. We also send e-mail, Facebook and mail (if member cannot be reached by e-mail) notifications of all meetings. Our general membership meeting typically occurs in September of each year. We need to have 51% of all lots present at that meeting in order to conduct official business. If you cannot make the meeting, please let a Board Member know so that we can get you a proxy voting ballot and background on items which require a vote.
    6. Contact information for the Board, Roads Committee, Legal Committee and Architectural Control Committee.

  2. Entry gate codes are given to new neighbors/owners, and previous neighbor/owner codes are deleted. In order to ensure personal access to the neighborhood, please contact Marikay Coyer, at marikaycoyer@hotmail.com to request your own personal gate code. In addition, if you are planning to build soon on your property, request a unique contractor gate code and use that for vendors.

When receiving guests or deliveries, direct drivers to contact you via the gate entry keypad (which is connected to the phone number used to establish your personal gate entry code). Once your guest is verified, push *9 on your phone to allow access. To ensure the safety of your neighbors within the community; codes are not to be shared with anyone, outside of your immediate family.  Codes that are misused will result in the property owner being contacted and the code will be deleted.

  3. We have a closed Facebook page where neighbors post questions and share timely information. Once you e-mail Stephanie Yulaev for your website member registration information, you will receive an invitation to join the Tillman Creek Development Homeowners group.

  4. Everyone is paid up on association dues upon closing. Our treasurer Lynn Julin (tillmancreekhoa@gmail.com) sends invoices for dues in January of each year, with options of paying dues in full or monthly. Once you are registered in the membership directory, Lynn will have your contact information and mail your invoice in January, and monthly if that is the selected payment schedule.

Please reach out to any of the Board Members or Committee Chairpersons if you have questions. We hope to see you around the neighborhood sometime soon.

Best Regards,

The Tillman Creek Homeowners Association Board of Trustees
