Architectural Control Committee (ACC) functions to assist homeowners by reviewing building plans for compliance with the CC&R's. The ACC checklist can be viewed and downloaded from the "Documents" menu.

The Firewise Communities goal is to promote community–wide participation in the use of technology, policy and practices that minimize the loss of life and property to wildfire, independent of firefighting efforts.

The Roads Committee's function is manage the gate, snow-removal, road repair/maintenance, easement planning/recommendations for noxious weed/brush control including ditches and culverts.
